Randolph signs over slave rights to Elizabeth's brother
It is not known for sure by this researcher when William, son of Henry and Elizabeth died. This records shows that it was sometime pre 12 Feb. 1674.

Page 73.12 Feb. 1674. Henry Randolph states that Wm. Rookings has in his possession a negro woman, jointly purchased by Jane, the mother of said William, and me, Henry Randolph, the subscriber (now God being pleased to take, William my son to himself), I doe hereby confirm to William and his heirs all my right and title etc. to said negro woman...provided if said Wm Rookings and his children should dye without heirs, then the whole stock, descending
