You be interested to know that most Hemmingways are related, we are all distantly related to the writer (Ernest), but I haven't traced that line out yet. The Hemmingway family I think had a reunion last year in NYC. I forget their website though. Unfortunately, I wiped my hard drive last week. I had most of the info for everybody in a text format that I could have sent you. At the moment it is still on paper. I am still in the recovery stage.

http://www.onr.com/user/aynes/new_site.htmI am on an Ainsworth mailing list. It deals mostly with the southern branches but all are invited. Its a great list and a number of us northern branch members are subscribed and have swapped information. I cannot find that website either. I just emailed the list so I should get an answer soon.

Possibly a 4th one from the Connecticut trials.

I know many people wrongfully despise them including family historians. So If you dislike them flame me in private and read no further

So If you dislike them flame me in private and read no furtherI make mention of only because later on this summer I will putting together a website that deals with Ainsworth (and collateral lines) and Societies they qualify for. For example, I personally don't cannot find my direct Mayflower ancestor (yet). But two Ainsworth lines from the Parker genealogy book on Ainsworth shows two lines that qualify. If anybody has any questions about these societies let me know.
