I did look in my gedcom file and found that Phinehas and Sarah (Allard) Akerman did have a daughter born in 1806.Don't remember my source.
These are the children I have listed for them: Unknown (f) b. 1801 Peter b. 1803 Unknown (f) b. 1806 Unknown (m) b. 1808 (all born in Farmington, NH)
The 1810 Census of Farmington, Strafford, NH lists 2 boys under 10 and 2 girls under 10 years old. I've attached the census record and this is the citation for it:
Source Citation: Year: 1810; Census Place: Farmington, Strafford, New Hampshire; Roll: 25; Page: 782; Image: 767.00.
I'm descended from Phinehas

I think it is very VERY likely that Rachel was the daughter of Phinehas and Sarah Akerman.....I mean considering they were nextdoor neighbors in 1830! Now time to find the other missing son and daughter.
