Peter . I was surfing messagesand wondered how you researches were going with the Akister family. I have got stuck at robert akester of holy trinity Hull born approx 1733 but notedthat there were earlier Akester/akisters in Aberford , Beverley and lindale . Were you able to get any further back ? We may be linked because names were so often written phonetically. could you share you tree?
