Unfortunatley I am unable to view the family tree you attach, however I can comment on the early history. Can you let me know what the main differences are?
From my findings of research over here in England, there are a number of issues.
There are a number of other Albrightons existing during this period, let alone the poor ones that never made any records. For example there was Edwarde, servant to aRicharde Leveson, knight, (he was captain of a ship, fighting the Spanish Armada). Then there's Lawrence who had a court partition re the manor at Evenlode. Add to these a fishmonger in London and a small list of abbots. That's not mentioning Thomas and his family living about 1590 in Stafford. As you will see things get a little messy.
To be honest things are ok back to Thomas and Joane but before that? I cant find his dad William, yet anyway. My suggestion is go no further back than Thomas.
I'm not giving up though and am still working on the early records over here. I have posted a few of my findings before and am open to comments from anyone. I will compile a list of my findings later in the year.
Oh on a different topic , how do you pronounce Albritton? In England it is still Albrighton, pronounced, ALL-BRIGHT-TON.
