This is all I have for Elizabeth and John Horn. I hope that it provides you with some leads that you did not have.
Larry
Clement (Drewry2, Young 1)
Married Nancy McKissick. It is known that Clement was living in Greene County, Georgia, when he died and it is assumed that he died either very early in January 1825 or late in 1824, as indicated by court records there (Minutes of Ordinary's Court, 1816-1828, p. 292). According to these records, the court on "Monday 10th Jan. 1825, order Young S. Allen obtain letters of Administration on the Estate of Clement Allen decd. ...." . On this same date "Nancy Allen, widow of Clement Allen", appeared in court and "made her election to take her dower in the real Estate of her deceased husband."
Later, Nancy Allen moved with some of her family to Meriwether County, Georgia. The 1840 and 1850 census of that county shows her living there; in 1850 she was 63 years old. Her birthplace is shown as Tennessee. At this time she and the families of her sons, Josiah and James, are shown living side by side.
