Looking for Paul Alley of KY

My husband is looking for information on his father, Paul Alley.Paul died within five years of my husband's birth (1961) and we know nothing other than he was married to Martha Wellman.We know his cemetary plot is in Kentucky, but do not know if his birth/death was in Kentucky or Ohio.Any information would be appreciated as my husband is desperately trying to find his roots.
