I am desendent of L.W. Ailey of Tonkawa, Ok.My ancestors were Joseph King and Betty Elizabeth Ailey.Could we be related?I know origionally the familey lived on a plantation in Eastern Tennessee near the N. Carolina border (I believe the plantation is under a lake at this time)There are many, many relatives in Okla. but most of my father's (Leonard Edward Ailey) brothers and sisters are gone.Please let me know about your ties with the Ailey name.I recently moved to N. Carolina from Ok. and am excited to think I may have relatives close by.
