In answer to your search for Sybil Bodleigh's parents I cannot directly help you, but the following notes might help you and that you should consider that she was in fact a Sybil Honacott.
From Williams will it might be a red herring to assume that Christopher was her brother.son in law at that time meant any boy under his care.
an Extract from Eton College register where William was first educated, states that William Married Sybil Honacott daughter of a man from Landkey in Devon.
From a card index at 'The West Country Studies Office.
States that Sybil Honacott married twice, first to William then after his death to Richard Dillon an Irish Gentleman.
In may research into Wiiliam's Life I went to Eton College and found a carving in a shutter in the lower school made by him of his name.
