Gabriel Alcidomas Allgood

My great-grandfather is Gabriel Alcidomas Allgood born in Walker County, Georgia in 1850, who married Elizabeth Lavina Mowery in Lamar,Texas.I have a full family photo showing the following Allgoods-Bessie, Mattie (my great-aunts who I met) Bertha (my grandmother), Janie, Mattie Grace, Gabriel Edward, Ophelia and Walter, all their children with Gabriel and Elizabeth respectively 50 and 44 at the time of the photo taken in 1900 in Texas. My father told me we have Cherokee descendants possibly on the Mowery or Allgood side or both and the photo is self-evident. I'm posting in the hopes of hearing from anyone of you who find this info relevant. There aren't many of us left here in NJ and I'd like to re-connect as I've always felt we were missing out on the rest of what turns out to be quite an impressive clan.
