Hugh Allison of Lancaster Co., PA 1752

Does anyone know anything further about the Hugh Allison who died in 1752 in Lancaster Co., PA? His wife was named Mary, and their four children were minors and were still minors in 1754.. Guardians appointed were James Montgomery, Thomas Montgomery, the widow Mary, and Robert Barker. The Allison children were William, David, Agnes and Mary. David was born c1737 and died 1800 in Mecklenburg Co., NC. I have been thinking for some years that this William Allison was the one who died in 1818 in Wilkes Co., NC with wife Lucy surviving him.
