Looking for more information on the birth and parents (and their immigration) of William Alliss b abt 1838-40 in Lewiston, NY to Thomas [b abt 1810 in Amherstburg England possibly] and Jane (Hutchinson) Allis [b England]. I am told Thomas owned property in Niagara Falls. 1910 census shows Wm married to Harriet Hales for 48 yrs and 82 yrs old in Benton Twp, IL.
