Frank Anderson of Anderson Co, Kansas

I recently came across an old photo album that belonged to my gggrandfather Oscar Leander Hicks, from Garnett Kansas, in Anderson County.In it are a couple of photos of a Frank Anderson, some of which include a woman (presumably his wife) named Edna Whip.I'm not sure if they are actually related, but I am curious.Any info would be appreciated!
