James Anderson, Botetourt cty VA

Anne Shirkey, b. in Botetourt County, d. Bessemer, Va; m. 1797 James Anderson, son James and Maggie Anderson, who d. Eagle Rock, Va, Nov 1850--ten children. (Eagle Rock is present post office for Bessemer.)

James Anderson's will (I believe to be the father of James Anderson married to Anne Shirkey) is dated 26Jan1814 and was probated in Dec 1815 at the Court in Fincastle, Botetourt, VA.An excerpt from the will reads as follows:
,,,and after my debts are paid I devise and bequeath as follows to my dear wife Margret Anderson I leave the whole of my personal property with my household furniture also I leave to my grandson James Anderson by my last wife a bond executed to me by John ...... in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight and lastly I do hereby
.......and appoint my dear wife Margret Anderson to be sole executor of this my last will and testament.......

James Anderson and his wife Anne Shirkey Anderson did have a son James Anderson.Does anyone have any clarification to whom the first wife of James Anderson (of the 1814 will) was?I haven't been able to determine a marriage date for the James Anderson mentioned in the will with his wife Margret.We visited Botetourt county's courthouse in Fincastle last summer and was unsuccessful in figuring it out.We did visit the Fincastle Presbyterian Church cemetery where Robert and Margaret Neeley Anderson are buried.I believe Robert and Margaret Neeley Anderson to be the parents of the James Anderson of the 1814 will.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
