STEDT Albert M. Stedt, 79, formerly of 26 Westboro Street, died yesterday in Peoples Church Nursing Home East, Oriol Drive. Mr. Stedt was a toolmaker at American Steel and Wire Company, 40 years, retiring 14 years ago. He was the husband of Florence S. (Anderson) Stedt, who died in 1974. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy S. Vachon of Quincy; a brother, Victor S. Stedman of Worcester; three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He was born in Holden, son of Claus J. Stedt and Emily (Nystrom) Stedt.
MRS. ALBERT M. STEDT, RETIRED SECRETARY, RETIRED SECRETARY, 73. Mrs. Florence S. (Anderson) Stedt, 73, of 26 Westboro Street died yesterday in Lincoln Nursing Home, 299 Lincoln. Street. She was the wife of Albert M. Stedt. She retired in 1944 after 16 years as a secretary in the Worcester City Auditor’s office. Besides her husband, she leaves a stepdaughter, Mrs. Dorothy S. Vachon of Quincy, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Charles and Sophia Anderson. Mrs. Stedt was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
