For Pat Anderson - and others who might be of this family ...

Pat, I have updated the children and grand-children of Thomas J. Anderson, son of Thomas Anderson of Buckingham Co, VA ... I recently found additional data on his youngest son, John S.Anderson - Who he married, his wife, his children, where he is buried, etc ...

Also, please note, Thomas J. Anderson may have had another child, Mildred R. Anderson - My cousin Jan Caldwell, author of The Lost Branch of The Anderson Family (1995), originally thought Mildred R. was Johns' wife.To her credit, so did I and about everyone else who has researched this family ... A Bedford Co. lawsuit Janice recently found now leads us to believe, she was more likely a sibling to John S. - However, this has not been iron clad proven as yet because if she was a child of Thomas J., she apparently died by 1847 when the lawsuit was settled. Anyway, please update your records for John S. Anderson ... The records I found for him indicate it is very likely his parents were exhumed from the old Nashville City Cemetery and re-interred at Mt Olivet in John's family plot where several other Anderson kinfolk are also buried.
