According to people that are related (by marriage) to "Johnny the Miner:he was born in Sweden Oct. 2, 1875. And lived in Victor, CO. at the time of his marriage. His parents were Peter & Annie (newspaper clipping said they attended John's wedding, Dec. 24, 1901 In Cripple Creek, CO.(or Anaconda, CO.) to Anna Maria Christina Ronning, b. Nov 4, 1878 MS. John W. Anderson & Anna M. lived in Cripple Creek, CO., had 9 kids for sure & maybe a couple more that died very young?John W. died in Cripple Creek, CO. and his tombstone reads Oct. 6, 1950.So, there is possible time that he could have had another wife/life for a couple years or so, in the 26 yrs. from birth 1875 to marriage in CC,CO. in 1901.And he could have came to Victor, CO. from Phili,PA. where his parents were supposed to have lived prior to 1901.Your info may be able to rule it out.
Victor, Cripple Creek & Anaconda, CO. are all very near to each other. Thanks Janie
p.s.Other tombstones in CC/Victor area is
