ANDRZYCKI, Johann

Hi there!

By tracking down my grandmother's birth and marriage certificate I found her father's name which is Johann ANDRZYCKI.However, I still cannot find any information about the surname.I have even contacted the guru of German-Polish names W. Fred Hoffmann and even he cannot find it in his resources but he does say it is a 'plausible' name.Has anyone out there ever heard of this name or know anybody who might?Any little tidbit of information would be appreciated.I am also open to theories.....and by the way I have a growing list of similar or possible variants of the name, but I still have not been able to make any connections.
