Ester Apple & John Tharrett

Looking for information on Ester. All I have is that she married John and they had the following children:

Milton
Joseph
Roseanna
Luella
Samuel
Charles

Their son John was born in 1894 and was my great, great grandfather. I believe they were from somewhere in northern NY as the rest of the family is from around Gouveneur and/or Albany. Anyone ever heard of her??
