John B and James Royal Appleton

Anyone out researching James Appleton of Lawrence Co., TN's sons John B and James Rail/Royal Appleton that left Giles and Lawrence Counties TN for Arkansas before 1850?
They later had nephews (Drury Argyle, John, James and Oliver Appleton and Silas Cox) that left Giles and Lawrence County, TN for Arkansas and Texas.
