I have a very old photo my Grandmother identified on back
as "My Grandmother Ankins-Arkins" I am not sure of her
handwriting. I am sure of who the woman is, I just have no info on that 2nd marriage;
The woman, my gg grandmother was Nancy Ann Toppas born
12 Jan 1839 in Decatur, Ind. Her parents were William
Toppas and Nancy Williamson.
Nancy Ann married Joseph G. McKelvey. Joseph died in
Laclede, Mo. in 1865. Nancy would have been about 26 years
old at time of his death, they had only two children
Emma Cora(my line) and Willard P. Emma Cora married
William Rufus Meacham and Willard married Anna Frazier.
(This info is all from my Grandmother's records. I have
more anscestors info found on line, I would love toshare with interested party.
Would like to hear your thoughts and have your info if
this is a family link to yours.
sincerely, Marylyn
