I am looking for information on my gg-grandmother, Martha, who married William Jackson of Wythe County, VA. According to 1880 census for Wythe Co., both were born 1840-1844. I found a birth certificate for their son, Hickory Jackson, that listed the informant as grandmother, Martha Aker.Following a post on GenForum, I received information about a Martha Arnold who married a William Jackson in 1859 in Wythe County.This Martha is the daughter of William Arnold and Sarah Aker.Do you believe that this is the right family for my search?You said in your post that you had information on the children of William Arnold and Sarah Aker.Any help you can give would really be appreciated!
