I am not related to anyone with the last name of ARNOLD.
I am not doing any research on the last name ARNOLD.

I do know of a family photograph that is of the daughter of MARY ARNOLD ROSS and LUTHER ROSS.

There is a book by Eugene Snyder that has a family photograph of JOHN ADDISON SLAVIN and his wife EMMA ROSS SLAVIN and their children. Eugene Snyder wrote a few books on Oregon history. The book with the photo might have been called "We claimed this land".

There is pub called "Mcmenamins" in the Hillsdale, Oregon area and the site of that pub sits on the same exact location that the Slavin farm house used to stand. There is a photograph of the Slavin farmstead c.1900 at one of the Mcmenamins websites. This is the address I have that shows the photograph of the farmhouse... http://www.mcmenamins.com/bin/history.hillsdale.pdfhttp://www.mcmenamins.com/bin/history.hillsdale.pdf
