Re: Ashers in Missouri and Arkansas

Amos Asher died 1838 in Tenn.He was the son of David and Rachel Asher, twin brother of Charles Asher.Amos died when a tree fell on him during an electrical storm.His children went on to Mo with the other Ashers, and some were raised by his twin Charles and Charle's wife, Barbary Ollis Asher. I have found another Rebecca who I thought was Amos' daughter...now will have to dig up the info instead of just using memory, to check out this Rebecca.I always thought she was daughter of Leonard (another brother) but haven't seen her death certificate.
