I really don't have that much info, but your person likely had ties to Marlinton, WVA, and possibly lived in a household of a step-dad, last name OSCAR. Henry Ellis' first wife was Queen Victoria Perry, went by various spellings like "Victory" and others. They were in Wythe Co., living on the back side of Fox Mt. next to his brother James and my gggrandmother. James' family was farmed out after 1910, but your people went to Marlinton, WVA. Henry Ellis returned some time before 1930 census and I believe I saw him with a 2nd wife in Pulaski for that census. I do know that "Parkey" became a family name (after the grandmother) of the Astin's in Wythe. There is an elderly Astin man who still lives in Wythe Co. who gave me a lot of this info. He descends from Henry Ellis. I never researched his children because they weren't in my direct line.We don't even think James Astin was my great grandmother's father either, just the father of the older siblings.
