26 October 1825 John Fairhurst is selling property in Pemberton, Lancashire to William Fairhurst for £10. It is a small plot of 167 sq.yds. which appears to be part of the garden of a house belonging to John Fairhurst at Lammahead Green. There is mention of a William Fairhurst and his wife Phebe in an earlier indenture, and of a James Fairhust who owns adjoining property.
