I have quite a bit of information on the Avis family in Newmarket.I see that William, born 1805 was your gt. grandfather.I am connected through his parents, Augustus Avis & Elizabeth Stanham, they were my 3xgt. grandparents, and I am descended from their daughter Ann, born 1810, sister of your William.I also have the details ofWilliam Augustus who married Nancy Andrews and their son, Walter, who married Alice Smith.
