Janice, Recently I was searching for information about a James Shirley and came across a pedigree that showed a James as the son of Walter Shiirley and Dorcas Avis. I am very interested in finding out more about this James Shirley. The James that I am seeking is carried as a "Patriot" in the records of the DAR. This located James in Barren Co, Ky and showed him born in Virginia. I could not find your e-mail in your GenForum posting . will get me.
