A letter apparantly from your father, James M.Aye,written on December 18, 1974 has come to me through my search for descendants of Harvey and Zilpha (Bell) Harrison of Warrensburg, Mo.He said that he was related as a g.g.grandson from Andrew Jackson Harrison and my relationship is from his brother Joseph P. Harrison, who would be my g.g.grandfather.In fact,he enclosed in the letter a copy of the obituary of my grandmother, Mary L.Evans, daughter of Joseph P.So, I guess we are cousins somewhere along the line.
My question to you is--He said he was compiling a booklet on their descendants and I am wondering if it would be in your possession and if so would there be a way for us to obtain a copy? Our branch of the family isfrom Wa. state and I can give you a fairly complete record of our genealogy if you would so wish. The letter was addressed to Paul Albert, was given to me by his daughter. She said it was found in his effects and was never answered. I could also mail you a copy of it if you would want to e-mail me your address.Hoping to hear from you.Sincerely, Marian Evans McPherson
