Do you have the web listing for the site with Elizabeth (Howard) Biggs. I have never seen it. There are several Howard Marriages in Botetourt Co. Va. both Elizabeth Howard's to Miles Biggs & Polly Howard's to Bluford Boley say that that they are the daughters of Robert Howard on the Marriage Bann's. I can scan you the Howard Marriage records if you don't have them.
