BOVEE, NICHOLAS--Born about 1759. Date of death and location of grave not ascertained. Served as private in the New York state troops in the war of the Revolution. Was granted a pension in 1831 while residing in Chautauqua County, N. Y., and in the Pension List of 1840 is mentioned as residing with Ebenezer Baldwin in the town of Pomfret.
