BELOW IS FROM THE BOOK: Cemetery is located on the northern edge of the town of Elbert. Elbert CO., CO. (Section 34, Township 9 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. ) "This information was compiled from the following sources: a- tombstone inscriptions (copied Oct., 1980; checked Oct. 1981). b- Sexton Records (copied & checked Oct. 1980). The sexton record is listed first. This record gives the name of the low owner & whatever burial information if available for that particular lot. (Name of deceased, date of birth, date of death, age at death, and occasionally relationship or other data). The sexton record is followed by the tombstone inscription for that same lot. This listing includes the information found on ALL grave markers.
