Balkos in Olyphant, PA

I am researching my great-grandparents Martin Sleziak and Maria Polc (Mary P. Sleziak) who were from Dobra niva, Slovakia. The eventually settled in Kinloch (Lower Burrell), Pennsylvania. The reason that I am posting here is that my grandparents corresponded with a Balko family that lived at 334 or 534 East Spruce Street Olyphant, PA 18448.

I am seeking information on this Balko family to determine if they were a relation to my great-grandparents or just friends.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
