Charles, Revolution & War of 1812

Charles Baltzell Sr. served as an officer in the American Revolution in the Maryland Line - the German Batallion, under Thomas and James Johnson. Christian Lefever was an officer in that unit also.Charles Jr. served in the war of 1812 from MD.Duvall & Lefever served also.In the 1800 Frederick Co. federal census Emittsburg District, near Graceham, Sr & Jr. live close together and neighbors are several Fulton. and a Fulton married Charles. Baltzell (Balsel) ar recorded in the Evangelical Reformed church Frederick and the Moravian church, Frederick Co. MD.Contact me for more details.My interest is this from history: "Jacob Lefever
born 1785 in MD was raised by uncle Major Baltzell". I'm not sure which marriage made him "uncle".
