SAMUEL PENN
Samuel Penn, died at his home near Conger, Morris township, Washingtoncounty, Friday September 18, 1903, aged 71 years, after a brief illness.
Mr. Penn was a highly respected citizen, having at different times held township offices and was always worthy of the regard felt for him in his community. He is survived by his wife and six children: John, of Ruff'sCreek, this county; Richard, of Washington, Pa., Mrs. Tillman Sowers, andMrs. Elmer Sowers, of Lone Pine; Mrs. Spencer Baltzell, of Waynesburg, and Mrs. James Stillwell, of Washington, Pa. The funeral services were held from his late residence, Sunday afternoon. The interment was made in theMT. Hermon cemetery.

I have identified Mrs. Tillman Sowers as Ida Penn b. 1873
Mrs. Elmer Penn as Adeline Penn b. 1861. that leaves Abigail Penn b. 1867 and Hannah Penn b. 1858.
