James Barbour - VA - 1700's

Don't have much in the way of dates.Sorry.
Looking for information on James Barbour.He was a member of the VA Burgesses as of 1764.Children are Ambrose, James, and Thomas.Ambrose (my line) was married to Catherine Thomas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
