Hi folks.
I have a Leonard Barker mentioned in the will of William Barker. I"m not sure he's the right Leonard, though I show a marriage to Lydia Farrow. The problem is dates.
William d.abt 1799, which would make him awfully old if he had his second child in 1709. I don't know how firm that birth year is.
Here is the will of William Barker of Fairfax VA
Will proved 21 Jan 1800, written in 1793 naming children.NO wife named.Only two sons survived him.
Will Book H-1 pg 83 Mar 9, 1795 will of William Barker Sr.
Bequest to son Leonard Barker land on which he now lives lying between William Barker Jr and my spring branch.

William Barker voted in 1744, 65, and 68.he was on th rent rolls fro 1761-1772 for 287 acres in 1774 he is charged fror 237 acres.His will ws dated 9 Mar 1795 and probated 21 Jan 1800.mentioned were sons Leonard, William Heirs of son Moses Dec'd, John, dec'd and daughters Barbary, Nancy, Elizabeth, dec'd, Mary Smithman, Ann Deavers and Sarah Gray.
