(African-American) Robert Barney abt 1810 KY / LA

I am looking for information on Robert Barney.According to 1870 Census, he was born abt 1810 in Kentucky and at the time of the census he was living in Mandeville, Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana.His wife name was Lucy and their children names were Minerva, Robert, Joseph, Elizabeth, Louisa, and C.
