Death of 3 Barney Sisters in March 1886--Johnston, Rhode Island

I am learning more about my Barney kin, and I learned that my 3 great-great Barney aunts -- Alice Caroline, Sarah Freelove (Sadie), and Emily Elizabeth --
alldied with the same month, March 1886.

Does anyone know anything about how these 3 girls died? The eldest was 17, and the youngest about 3-1/2.
