HAS ANYONE FOUND GEORGE W BARNEY BEFORE 1900?

If not consider this post: I am looking for the George W. Coombs whose mother was Rebecca Claretta Seavey and he was married to a Nettie A Burrus (Burroughs) as of the 1870 Maine Census. George W was married to a Rosa Beals in the 1880 New York Census. George W would have been Geo W Coombs, Jr. since he had a son born in 1876. Geo W Coombs, III may have married before the move from NY to PA.

If not please check the Geo W Sarvey (BARNEY) family in 1900 PA Census. Geo W is once again married to Nettie and a servant/student named Rosa Card is living with them. Both he and Nettie have been married twice.
I am suggesting that Geo W Coombs changed his surname to Barney around 1900, moved to Washington State and lived out his life as George W BARNEY. Geo W Barney is well documented from 1900 on in numerous public family trees. YDNA evidence from Geo W Barney's descendants show him to be a Coombs/Comeau.
