Concert Singer - Stage name Barraclough

I am seeking any information about a Welsh-born lady named Marion Dalton or Marion Howell; she was a (possibly overseas-trained) singer who lived in Victoria (Ballarat and other places) in the 1860s/70s.Barraclough was her stage surname; and she gave the name as a third Christian name to one of her children.She was married to John Dalton but seems to have left him to move to Tasmania with her family.Does anyone know about her?
