descendants of phillip barratt, "barratt family" of "new light on old barratt's"
i've been doing research on the barratt line descended from phillip, who owned the land that barratt's chapel was built on (dover, de).. and i was wondering.. i have a book "new light on old barratt's" that archives the various histories of the chapel, in the the back of the book there is a picture of "the barratt family" from the 1980's, celebrating an anniversary of the chapel (i don't have the book onhand to check which).. and i was wondering if anyone had any information on who this "barratt family" was and how they are related to phillip or the family that was involved with the chapel.. as i am a direct descendant of phillip and curious to find these "other barratts" !! the only name i remember from that page in the book is an "edith barratt lenssehn" with the last name possibly spelled differently.. she was in her 80s when the picture was taken, and i BELIEVE was related somehow to judge norris s. barratt, who wrote "barratt's chapel," an earlier history of the chapel published in 1911 (of which my family has one of the few copies, signed). so anyone who'd have information on this family, or anything related to phillip barratt, please pass it on to me :)thanks!
