I'm so glad you responded to my query on the Bartlett children. I am a granddaughter to James "Jimmer" Bartlett.I guess that would make us second cousins. I'd love to share information with you.I love to more about Beecham Bartlett.I've heard my Dad talk about him and "Aunt Nora" many times.I have at least one photo I believe to be your Dad, Felix Bartlett. I also met your mother, Louise, about 20 years ago. Do you have information about the other siblings of Beecham?I have his siblings as Kate, James, Mary Belle, Martha Helen, Florence and Lacy May.Do you have any information about Sam and Albert Stone? I don't know how much you have on the family tree but it is very interesting. Our great grandfather, James Bartlett, was quite the ladies man.He had two wives in two states at the same time.He had fourteen children. One wife did not know about the other. His first wife was Margaret Creighton and she lived in Mississippi and the second was Lou Holman, she was from Tennessee. He was also Civil War veteran. He was captured in the Battle of Gettysburg, July 1, 1863 and served two years in Fort Delaware as a prisoner of war.
This is very exiciting.I'd love to compare notes with you.I hope to hear from you soon. Take care, Deborah Hankins Hartselle, Alabama
