Heinz Co. factory in Muscatine, died at his home at Bowling Green, O., Wednesday, according to word received by friends here.---Mr. BARTLETT, who had been with the Heinz firm for 36 years, retired about 1936 and had lived at Bowling Green since his retirement. --- He served as manager of the Muscatine factory for a period of about 10 years starting about 1908, friends here recalled. From Muscatine he was transferred to the management of the Heinz plant at Bowling Green, where he served until his retirement.

BARTLETT, 88, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Grace M. OLIVER, 316 Walnut street. The daughter of David and Mary Ann McILRAVY, she was born Dec. 3, 1866, at Riceville, Ia. She was married to Charles BARTLETT. She was a member of the First Congregational church.--- Surviving in addition to the sister are a daughter, Mrs. Ralph TORNEY, Rocky ford, Colo.; two brothers, Frank McILRAVY, Seattle, Wash., and David McILRAVY, Everett, Wash.; one grandchild and one great-grandchild. The body will be taken to the Bradley Funeral Home at Riceville, and burial will be at the Riverside cemetery. The Geo. M. Wittich Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
