Yes, thank you; I HAVE searched Mary.I have verified several maternal chains back to the Mayflower, including Mary Doty's.
It is my patrilineal line that has this one uncertainty that I would like to clear up.Again, I am trying to ascertain if, in fact, this Lemuel is the Lemuel born in 1744.'Lemuel 1744' appears to have moved from Hebron/Norway, ME to Nova Scotia and there married Hannah Tinker.I can find no evidence that he was/was not the same Lemuel who married Mary Holmes.Family tradition holds that this Lemuel is my great-great-great-greatgrandfather.If so, the line would look like this:
Robert Bartlett/Sarah Cooke Lemuel (1715-1792), M. Mary Doty, 1742 Lemuel (b. 1744), m. Mary Holmes, 1786 (NOTE the above marriage in 1786, and the below birth in 1786) Lemuel (1786-1829), m. Lucy Bartlett, 1807 Paran(b. 1820), m. Sarah Bartlett
