Myrtie Steele Robertson (b.12-8-1894;d.12-10-1987) E.D.Bartlett (b. 3-5-1892;d.7-24-1970) and thus began a union that would last a life time firat year of their marriage they baught aforty acre farm located in the southwestern part of Lincoln Parish. they raised ten childre on this farm.a eleventh childwas still born:Marie(9-10-12 to ? ),Morneta(5-13-14to 12-10-82),Jim Ed(3-17-17 to 3-3-57),Mavis(8-13-19),R.C.(11-10-21,Malcolm(11-8-23 to 12-14-78),Harold(6-23-26),Leon(6-20-28),my mom Bobbie(2-1-32),and Peggy(8-9-34) 1.Marie married Archie Goodwin;had seven children:Ellis,Virginia,Lamar,Bill,Joe,Gerald,Johnny 2.Mornetta married Cloyd McCullin and had four children:Don Ed,Charles Ray,Patricia Ann,Kathy Sue 3.Jim Ed was eldest son died March 3,19574.Mavis marriedTheran Frye and had four children;Gayle,Tommy,Peggy,Debbie 5.R.C. married Willie Garrett and had four children;Alanae,Maxine,Steve,Rity. 6.Malcolm married Lillie Mae Dugas and had three children;Michael,Mark,Janet. 7.Harold married Virginia Hyatt they have one daughter Shumpert Renee. 8.Leon married Dorette Renois and had two children Charlotte Randy. 9.Bobbie married Robert Earl House and had one daughter Sharon 10.Peggymarried Paul Johnson and had three children ;Dexter,Timothy,Penny Ruth and this isnt the grandchildren and grandchildren.now if we can fill in between 1600-to 1919 i would be so happy.Family is what means most to me in life.i wish i had thought of doing this years ago before all the olders people in our family died out.So much informatation left with them.i'm getting old myselg.i just had my 9th grandchild.this is why i'm doing this.to leave this for them to carry on.my son came home from iraq for the birth.would love to have alot of this done for him,and my other children too.
