BATTIN, Edna French m. Lester, Hugh D.

My great uncle, Hugh David Lester, married Edna French Battin on 20 Dec. 1904 in Sedgwick Co., Kansas.Reference number in the archives there is J444.He later became mayor of Wichita, Kansas.I am searching for descendents of this marriage as well as the history of the Battin line.I might add that the Lester line was originally Quaker although Hugh David Lester held degrees from Mercer College (now University) in Macon, Ga.
