Re: Battons from PA to IL to IA

So far what I'm fairly confident of through census entries and family info is that my grandfather was Robert W. Batton, son of George S. Batton and Emma L. Moore. George was the son of Richard H. Batton and Clarissa J. Briles. Richard was the son of Samuel H. Batton and T. Ann Labee. Samuel was for Aug 11, 1833 in PA. According to what Mouraine provided, Samuel's parents were Thomas Batton and Catherine Harn.

Now that I have established a fairlysolid line of people and locations, I'm working on building the proof throught census pages and various certificates.
