There is still nothing conclusive. It appears that both William and Hannah were working away from home which makes identifying them very difficult. However I did come across a William Batty b. 1859 from Armthorpe working as an Ag servant. Interestingly there is an older couple by the names of James (ag labourer)and Sarah Batty at Armthorpe who could conceivably be his parents. (I'm not sure where Armthorpe is in York)

In checking Derby for a William Bradley (again large numbers of them)there are 3 or 4 of them that are distinct possibilities but none that I would feel confident in recommending.
I think your next step needs to be trying to locate them on the 1891 census according to the address you have for them. (that's the problem in the 91 census, you've got to search by location) If you find them it will at least have their birth places and then we can locate them on the 81 census.
Sorry I haven't been able to identify them for you. That's problem with the name Batty (and also Bradley) as I discovered with Battys at Killamarsh. If I can be further help don't hesitate to ask.
best of luck with your search
regards
Eric
