Bauer 1922 NYC

Last year I discovered my mother had been adopted. She was born June 20, 1922 to a young couple on their honeymoon. They had gone to Europe on their honeymoon and remained in NYC to have thier baby girl.All I have is a last name as when my Mom was born they handed her over to the midwife who gave her to her adoptive parents.I have the original adoption papers which named her last name as Bauer.If anyone has any information on a family member that was married between Noverber 1921 to spring of 1922.I was told the couple was with child when married but no one knew.
